Chengdu Sit New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sineng Electric Co. , Ltd. PowerInsight2 related products are related distributed photovoltaic power station service products provided by Chengdu Sit New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
Sineng Electric and Chengdu Sit New Energy have always attached great importance to personal information security and privacy protection in data services. We hope that through this privacy agreement, you can understand how we process personal data information. Therefore, it is recommended that you read this privacy agreement in its entirety, so as to help you understand how to maintain your privacy, and make your choice after reading it. If you choose to accept this privacy agreement, you can use our products and services. If you do not accept it, please stop using our products and services.
This privacy agreement is limited to PowerInsight2 under the names of Chengdu Sit New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Sineng Electric Co., Ltd. Various products and services provided by APP, including but not limited to:
(1) PowerInsight2 App application
Using PowerInsight2 Before using each product or service, please be sure to read and understand this policy carefully, and start using it after confirming that you fully understand and agree. In this agreement, "Sineng Electric Co., Ltd." and "Chengdu Sit New Energy Technology Co., Ltd." are referred to as "we" and "data subject" as "you".

In order to use your information to provide you with services, we will store your information accordingly. We store your personal information in a local folder on your phone . You can go to the phone's internal storage/DownLoad/SiNengPower/PowerInsight folder to delete this information at any time .
2. How do we share, transfer and disclose your personal information

We will not share your exported information with third parties, unless you voluntarily share the exported inverter information with third parties.
2. About information transfer
We guarantee that your information will not be transferred to any third party except for the following reasons:
(1) Obtain your written consent and authorization in advance;
(2) Responding to the requirements of relevant administrative agencies and judicial agencies and the provisions of laws and regulations;
(3) If we cannot continue to provide services to you due to force majeure or our bankruptcy, liquidation, etc., we will notify you in advance and obtain your consent to transfer all your data information so that you can continue to accept other third-party services. service, the third party who transfers the information shall also abide by the privacy agreement.

(1) When you decide not to use the services of our PowerInsight2 APP any more, you contact us through the various contact methods we provide and request to delete you immediately . Please back up the information you need before contacting us to delete the information , so as to avoid unnecessary losses.
(2) When you believe that some of your personal data collected by us is unnecessary for the purpose of collecting or otherwise processing the data, you can ask us to delete it. But you know that if the deletion of this information will affect our subsequent normal maintenance and processing of your inverter , we will not bear any responsibility.
(3) When you think that your personal information has been illegally processed, you can contact us immediately to ask us to explain and explain the situation, and you can ask us to delete the information if you think it is necessary.
(4) In order to comply with the statutory obligations stipulated by the laws of the EU member states to which we are subject, you may ask us to delete your personal information if necessary.
4. Restrict us from processing your personal information

Rest assured, PowerInsight2 The APP will not enable these permissions by default, only if you actively confirm the enablement, PowerInsight2 Only APP may collect your information through these permissions.
In particular, PowerInsight2 The APP obtains a specific permission does not mean that PowerInsight2 APP will inevitably collect your relevant information; even if you have confirmed to PowerInsight2 APP open permission, PowerInsight2 The APP will only collect your relevant information within the legal, legitimate and necessary scope. 6. Our Response to Your Requests or Requirements
